Commercial EPC’s are required for all non-domestic buildings which are sold or rented and they must be in place as soon as the Building is marketed.

We can conduct non-domestic Energy Assessments for both new and existing buildings.   We can perform the necessary calculations and generate the Certificate before lodging it on the Government database, Landmark.
